Very good food, friendly service.
Just good, food and service.
Great location, delicious and rich dishes and nice staff and service. We recommend! ??
Very tasty food and the service was also very friendly! Highly recommended
Even if you are not a regular guest, you will receive a very warm welcome here. The game menu ranges from pulled pork from the leg of wild boar to deer liver to pheasant. There is also the extremely tasty Schinner beer (very drinkable) and tempting delicacies at the end. Highly recommended: A Gin Rosato (with rosemary and rhubarb syrup) !!! We immediately made a new appointment.
Excellent! Service and food perfect. Ideal as a somewhat chic yet rustic Franconian inn / brewery
Long time not eaten so well. I walked into the eatery without his expectations and was overwhelmed. Servce top! Starter (baked cheese with wild herb salad) TOP !, main course (spinach bread dumplings baked with parmesan) - amazing. Absolute recommendation. The restaurant is very cozy with a rustic flair, you feel a bit in the 90s. Maybe not everyone likes it but for me (Bj 1985) absolutely nostalgic. The service was super super friendly and courteous and always ready to provide helpful advice. Definitely again on my next visit to Bayreuth. Absolute must visit. Dabke to the team for the nice evening.
We were here on September 26th, 2020 and were very amazed at so much warmth and friendliness. The food was very tasty and there were also vegetarian dishes that were very tasty? If we are in Bayreuth again we will definitely be served here again???
Perfect, Were passing through here. Great service, rustic location, delicious food and good beer. The highlight, the self-smoked cheese to take away. Unfortunately, the vacuuming has terminated one. Problem-free and courteous complaint processing by the boss personally. It should be like this everywhere. Thank you, see you again
I was able to eat game meat in a fantastic "Wildteller" or wild dish. The attention is wonderful. Drinking their home-produced beers is a plus. Recommended.
The best light in town !!! Just delicious, a small but nice beer garden at the end of the shopping mile. But it's worth it.
Worth the visit in every way - tasty! The service was excellent, very courteous and extremely attentive! We especially liked that the host shares his Scotch passion and offers a small but handpicked selection of open bottles. We felt very comfortable and had a really nice evening in the Schinner. Many thanks to the great team! .
Great food, very nice staff, delicious beer, you feel comfortable there. Highly recommended
Very good beer, also to take away as a set of 6, own brandies, regional game, excellently cooked. Friendly, bright service. Was there twice during a training course. Greetings from Kiel
June 2020: Very friendly and attentive service. Good menu. Delicious food. Gladly again.
great brewery, very nice service, everything was very tasty, good selection, own macerate production, gladly again.
A quaint cozy tavern, the top class. Civic, perfect kitchen. The service staff was the best I have experienced so far. Here you can see the love for Schinner.
Very good beer and also the soup was delicious
Best beer ever!
Got the food quickly, you will definitely be full as there are very large portions. I can only recommend.
Very friendly. Cyndi and her husband, Chef Gölm, treated me wonderfully. Between my broken German and their proficient English, we carried on a conversation like old friends. Schinner Braustuben is my new friend.
Though this is no longer a brewery, their beer is contract brewed elsewhere and still quite good. It's dry and fruity. The pub is bit kitschy but from what I read, the food sounds good. We stopped in for last call after eating (and drinking) at still brewing Becher-Bräu on the outskirts of town. I'd eat here next time and have more than one beer, too.
Nice atmosphere, polite staff, in-house produced beer, tasty food and abundant dishes .. don't ask anything else.
A very nice place to stay and enjoy a delicious Franconian lunch and enjoy a good home-brewed beer.
Menu, setting and the beer all looked promising as I passed this pub on the way to the museums, and I also read the notice at the door saying that Sunday closing was 1400 hours, with last food orders at 1330. Cutting short my time at one of the museums, to be sure of gettting served, at 1315 I entered the half-empty restaurant, to be firmly turned away. Probably this is a good place to eat: certainly I missed out owing to poor customer service.
Amazing food & beer with great service.
